CNC Machining

JSC leverages state-of-the-art Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and a team of skilled engineers to perform high-precision reverse engineering. Our capabilities enable us to accurately recreate components with tolerances as fine as 10 microns. articularly for addressing incomplete or insufficient design data. Heat Treatment, Stress Relieving, & Surface Sciences
JSC offers comprehensive heat treatment services utilizing advanced Fluidized Bed and Vacuum Hardening technologies. Our capabilities encompass through hardening, carburizing, nitriding, and carbonitriding.
Our heat treatment furnaces are designed to effectively relieve stress, and we also employ specialized vibrational stress relief equipment for larger components up to 4 meters in length.
